Cancellation Policy:
A $25 per room cancellation fee is charged to your credit card for cancellations.  If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival and we are unable to re-book your room, then the full room rate for your entire stay will be charged.  Full room rates will be charged to credit card for no shows.  We realize that cancellations cannot always be avoided.  If you are able to reserve another available date within 30 days of your originally scheduled stay, we will apply the $25 fee towards your stay.
